I engaged Triangle to service my domestic fire sprinkler installation (installed by another company). They charged me a full day rate to repair a slow leak in the pipework and were unable to access the pump to service it. After half a dozen attempts to get them to return after access was clear I have given up on them. Shocking cutomer service!
