We operate from our offices in Hartlepool from where we monitor all aspects of company operations. Our 24 hour control room provides constant communication with both our own personnel and our clients, such as property boarding, key holding, alarm response and our facilities management service. In the event of out of hour’s assistance for property damage we will arrange repair through our vetted contractor scheme. All our contractors are fully insured and professionally qualified and accredited in their respective field. We also understand what is involved in providing manned guarding services to those assignments that bring our officers into contact with the general public. In effect, our team members will act as your security department, releasing you from everyday security operations and challenges, allowing you more time to focus on your business.
