I tried to speak to management which doesn't exist.Holly 1 girl business is a joke arguing after 1 year having new boiler installed I need to pay £100 for engineers to visit..I was told if is not boiler fault charge will occur..if you read other customers reviews they've been charged as engineers would say that is ot covered by guarantee...THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN AND I AM REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARD'S
