Vaughn and Blyth have terrible after sales . They are supposed to look after customers but instead make you feel like you shouldn’t be asking .Never return calls or emails!Heat pumps installed in their new homes they leave there customers not knowing exactly how they work. when something goes wrong with them after 2-3 years they don’t want to know and offer no advise but to tell you to get on with it.Very bad attitude Definitely a builder to avoid
