Training and Education are a top priority

Training and educating the UK tiling industry are the top priorities for a Coalville company’s recently promoted Senior Business Development Manager.
Steve Dennis, who has been with Schlüter-Systems Ltd – world market leader in essential tiling protection systems -- for seven years, is now focusing on two important aspects of ensuring the long-term integrity of tiled installations. The first, training tiling fixers, retailers, distributors, stockists and architects, both at Schlüter’s dedicated training centre at Bardon 22, Beveridge Lane, Coalville, and at customers’ premises.
And secondly, writing specifications for architects and distributors in accordance with industry standards for protecting floor and wall tiles. Before taking on his new role, Steve had been a Business Development Manager, having started with Schlüter as an Account Manager. His new position is the first step on the company’s junior management ladder, and reflects Schlüter’s policy of promoting from within.
