Secure Hose Union Tamperproof Tap Box

An aesthetically pleasing compact surface mounted tamperproof hose union tap box has been especially developed by Arrow Valves Ltd to reduce the risk of vandalism and subsequent cost of water loss associated with damaged external taps.
The spherical type foam insulated full bore valve tap and hose union connection are located in a stainless steel box with a hinged lid, which can be padlocked. To prevent unauthorised removal of the hose and improve frost protection a hose guard can also be fitted as an extra.
Four standard models are available. Model HUTB is rear entry, where the copper tube is designed to pass through a wall. This arrangement offers particularly good frost protection since none of the supply pipe is exposed. Model HUTBS is bottom entry, where the supply pipe is run vertically up the outside surface of the wall from beneath the Tap Box. Model HUTBT is top entry, where the supply pipe is run vertically up the outside surface of the wall from above the Tap Box. Model HUTG is bottom entry, however it is supplied with stainless steel pipe cover to protect the surface run pipe.
Ideal for installation in high risk areas including schools, public buildings and sports stadia.
