House of Flags Is back!
18 October 2012
Some will know that HoF Display Solutions has been undergoing a full re-brand - taking the company name back to House of Flags.
Well, the time has finally arrived for the big reveal with six months of work to be unveiled today at the Head Office in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire.House of Flags now not only has bright and vibrant new branding - a better self-representation for a print company, it also has a wonderful new online offering!
The company's old black and white branding appeared dated and didn’t reflect the print capabilities held by the skilled print department. House of Flags now carries a vibrant lime green and purple colour scheme which is eye-catching and individual for the industry.
Ian Simmonds, Chairman of House of Flags, explained why he feels this has been such an important investment;
"The rebrand is the visual element of a much wider project. The investments and changes will enable significant additional benefits to be offered to our loyal and important customers. We are keen to step up to the challenges in the market and to compete successfully in a global market. I am proud to be part of a team that embraces change and knows that customer needs drive our business".
Customers will find that the improvements and additions to the website have been built with them in mind. The main aim for the new website was to provide improved functionalities and additional services for customers. Not only is the website clean and sleek in appearance, the navigation and web shop are as simple as 1-2-3.
House of Flags has now integrated a Web-2-Print service, which means that customers can visit the website and purchase a personalised product 24/7.
In addition to this, House of Flags is now offering a Portal service which is essentially the customers very own online shop, featuring their pre-ordered personalised products. Many of their customers currently use the ‘Call-off’ service, which enables the customer to buy in bulk at the beginning of the year and simply call House of Flags when replacement products are required. This online Portal means that customers can now just go to the website, login and select the item required. From there they just need to select the delivery address and have it dispatched when necessary.
The company has invested the time and money into demonstrating the forward thinking and customer-driven nature.
