Lee Products Hard Seat Micro-Dispense Valves for aggresive fluid handling

An addition to its established range of VHS Solenoid Valves, Lee Products new Hard Seat VHS Micro-Dispense Valves offer repeatable and precise non-contact dispersement of nonolitre to microlitre fluid ranges.
Featuring a precision Zirconia ball and seat instead of a traditional elastomeric seal, this ensures resistance to aggressive fluids such as DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide), which as with other ‘aggressive fluids’, would normally attack the ‘standard’ elastomer type materials commonly used in other types of micro-dispense valves, providing much less durability as a result.With dimensions 45.2mm in length, 5.6mm in diameter and weighing in at just 10 grams, the Hard Seat VHS valves can be fitted directly over 96 well plates. Wetted materials comprising of Stainless Steel, PEEK and Zirconia, the valve is designed for two-way normally closed operation.
Lee Products Hard Seat Micro-Dispense Valves feature a number of port configurations enabling convenient, quick connection to its 062 Minstac fittings and press-on tubing. The 062 Minstac Outlet can be used with Lee's 062 Minstac Tubing or Atomising Nozzles.
Bespoke configurations and voltages are available for specific applications.
