New CCTV range any application

Security specialist and distributor Challenger has launched its new Facina CCTV range. It includes digital video recorders and a choice of cameras that can be used to fit the majority of surveillance applications.
The Facina camera’s ‘plug and play’ installation ensures it is easy to install, making life easier for electrical contractors. The range is sophisticated yet designed to be easy to operate, including advanced features such as a DDNS server for remote dial up without needing a static IP address and remote PTZ control.
Systems are available from 1-16 camera capability. For residential or light commercial use, the 4 camera kit would be suitable, whereas the 16 camera MPEG4 web enabled system is best suited to larger applications. For external use, the VKEXT1 30m IR camera offers a physical deterrent in the form of traditional camera housing, whilst the VKDOM1 10m IR camera is vandal resistant. The VKBOX1 is a colour cased camera for interiors, whereas the VKDOM2 is an internal 550tvl colour dome camera with varifocal lens.
All Challenger CCTV equipment is fully tested and approved, and its in-house technical support team can assist customers in product information, selection, system design and trouble shooting.
