The UlTIMA combines biometric security with embedded key management software, a SIM Card, email alerts and a built in web server.
As the latest addition to key security specialists range, the ULTIMA provides advanced combines advanced biometric security technology with comprehensive embedded key management software, a built-in web server, email alerts and SIM card software – all designed to allow you to monitor and control key access remotely 24-hours a day. The ULTIMA also raises an alarm with the key holder and up to 5 managers the moment a key return is overdue.
Authorised users can gain access to the keys using a proximity card, pin number or by having their identity checked by fingerprint, and the built-in IP colour camera also captures three images per key movement as an additional record of key handling. It is believed that the average company spends 6.2 person hours per week hunting down lost or misplaced keys, ULTIMA’s audit trail will prove invaluable as it can locate keys in seconds.
Among the comprehensive range of Keytracker products is the Drop Box, a secure drop-off point which allows users to deposit keys 24/7, the ‘Service Express 24.’ The keys can be deposited and dispensed on entry of a 5-digit pin and matching keys with cars on a forecourt have been made foolproof by numbered blocks and Keytags board.
