In a desire to recruit the perfect candidates for a role, Swindale Park and Thomas International have partnered. By enhancing further their ability to select the right candidates for a job, Swindale Park feel they will be able to improve the length of time an employee stays with a company and provide employees with better career development because they will be placed in the right job to begin with.
With the addition of Thomas’s full range of services, Swindale will be able to further understand the needs of client and candidate. They will advise on more tangible aspects of a client’s requirement as well as the behavioral characteristics required in the successful candidate.
