A safe alternative to perimeter fencing

Reer have now launched their new cost effective Safety Type 2 and Type 4 LONG RANGE safety light curtains.

Traditionally most dangerous machines are guarded with physical fencing which is both expensive and time consuming to erect.

With a range of up to 60 metres between the emitter and receiver this long range light curtain can be used with Reer floor mounting columns and deflection mirrors to enable guarding of machines of most sizes.

It can be the perfect solution for applications where a low cost perimeter access system is required or where space is at a premium. 2, 3 or 4 beam versions for body protection are available.
