AestheticSource engage ABN to support clinics
06 August 2015
The issue of how clinics can promote patient loyalty in an increasingly online world is being taken head on today by the announcement that AestheticSource is working closely with the ABN to develop strategies to help their customers build long term relationships with their patients.
Richard Crawford=Small, Founder of the ABN said “I am delighted that AestheticSource have identified the unique, creative and valuable support that the ABN can provide and have chosen to work with us. Our group is very well placed to provide clinics with effective added value strategies to help them defend their profits against their more price sensitive customers from effectively walking away years of training, knowledge and experience to then buy their products elsewhere online.”
This combined approach will work to identify business, training and coaching strategies and culminate in an Invitation only Workshop on 12th November at the business innovative Custard factory in Birmingham.
Lorna Bowes, Director of AestheticSource commented “Over the past three years the brands we represent have grown strongly in a competitive market. The rapid concurrent growth of the internet provides huge opportunities but also causes frustrations, and we are delighted to be partnering with ABN to support our customers in getting the best out of the internet.”
