Plastic Turned Parts have just taken delivery of a brand new Nakamura AS 200MY Turning Centre c/w Multifeed Barfeed.

This is to replace an old 2 axis CNC lathe, bringing with it 65mm barfed capacity and driven tools with a 'Y' axis capability.
This means parts can be made quicker and also done in one operation, rather than having to perform a second operation on another machine.
This now means ALL Plastic Turned Parts machines have the driven tool capability which in turn means no separate machining on second operation machines and thus keeping part prices down to a competitive level and also being able to produce parts quicker and easier.
