Specifically designed to ensure that employers meet their duties under Regulation 9 of DSEAR.
Regulation 9 states that the employer shall provide their employees with:
’suitable and sufficient information, instruction and training on the appropriate precautions and actions to be taken by the employee in order to safeguard himself and other employees at the workplace’.
Our training courses are tailored to the particular Client site and the specific roles of the attendees. This ensures that attendees will have a better understanding of the hazardous area issues which affect their site while not wasting time covering those parts of the standards which are not relevant for them.
