About the Springwell Smartflush
Springwell Smartflush is a PIR operated urinal flush controller which operates only when required. It waits until movement is detected then delays before filling and flushing the cistern. Cycle times can be set to 20, 30, 40 or 60 minutes from when the unit it triggered to the end of the flush. The fill time can be easily adjusted to suit each individual cistern. If no movement is detected, for example over a weekend, a maintenance flush occurs and can be set to 8, 12 or 24 hours, timed from the last flush.
The urinals therefore will be flushed within a short time of every use so the urinal stays fresh whilst water use is kept to a minimum. This can result in dramatic financial savings whilst providing an efficient water saving method.
