David Salisbury Adds To Their Commercial Team

06 August 2018

David Salisbury Commercial, the fast-growing trade and contract sub division of the David Salisbury brand, is pleased to share details of their now expanded Commercial team.

Lead by the experienced Joe Marsh, whom was promoted to Commercial Manager earlier this year, the team is poised to exploit their increasing opportunity base and sales pipeline.

Stewart Matthews who joined the business as Commercial Estimator six months ago, is now training to become the Commercial Accounts Manager over the next three months, with increased responsibility for helping to manage the company's existing trade account relationships, based at our Somerset head office and factory.

With Karen Hopkins providing Commercial Contract co-ordination, the team is positioned to continue to grow this important aspect of the business.

The key strategy, however, is targeting volume window and door contracts - to that end, we are pleased to announce the addition of Daniel Lincoln, whom has joined us as Commercial Sales Designer.

With a strong background in commercial joinery sales and new business development, Daniel is nominally based at head office but will be on the road meeting new clients and prospects as part of our augmented lead generation strategy.

He will also spend regular time at our London showroom, working alongside Nelma Pascoal whom provides essential marketing support to the team, as part of our continued drive to target the key London market.

Our twin showroom structures in London, at the well-known Chelsea Gardener on Sydney Street, are the ideal location for our regular business networking evenings which take place on a monthly basis.

The final addition to the team sees Marketing Manager Barney Bell now working more closely with David Salisbury Commercial to ensure the co-ordination of marketing and sales in what is a highly competitive market place.

If you're in London or the Westcountry and want to learn more about our market leading timber windows and doors and some of the design innovations we're introducing, come and join us for a coffee.

We're also supporting the British Woodworking Federation and their sister organisation the Wood Windows Alliance in their drive to help dispel some of the mis-leading information being promoted by some PVC-u window suppliers, as part of their campaign ‘Build It Better With Wood.’ We're very proud to be a British manufacturer but also one that builds with the only truly sustainable building material.
