Reaping the rewards of a ‘can do’ attitude
22 November 2018
Excellent customer service is paramount to everything we do here at Grahame Gardner so we’re delighted to have been re- awarded the contract with University of Worcester’s Institute of Heath and Society Nursing and Midwifery department following a full market test. In our latest blog, Diane Prah, departmental administrator at the University, explains why she has come back to us again for her latest workwear requirements.
Nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and midwifery are some of the courses offered through our university department and with that comes a lot of uniforms! It is important that our students look the part when they are training and having them in the best quality workwear helps us to achieve that. With two intakes of students a year we have the need for over 1,200 garments to kit out our new students and staff. One of the problems that we used to face is that everyone would turn up for measurement day and order what they want and when they finally started their course some would have either gained or lost weight and we had to arrange sending uniforms back and waiting for replacements.
Grahame Gardner wanted to make our lives easier and they now come along to the university on the day that people collect their uniforms so that they can assist with any swaps while on site. We are really impressed with this positive ‘can do’ approach to customer service and this is why we are pleased to have renewed our contract with them. We have worked with Grahame Gardner for the Worcester University Mens Tunic past decade and have always been very happy with the quality of their products.
The uniforms are all very good quality, fit well and do not suffer from shrinkage or discolouration when washed. When we are placing an order we are looking for good quality, price and service and I am happy to say that we have had all three.
We are particularly pleased with the level of service we have received from Grahame Gardner as they just ensure the process is so easy for us from start to finish and that makes such a difference.
