The Compresyn 250 series is a food-grade semi-synthetic compressor and vacuum pump oil. Performance features of the Compresyn 250 series include low fluid volatility, enhanced water demulsibility and hydrolytic stability, improved sealing effect, reduction in friction and enhanced wear protection as well as outstanding fluid dispersancy.
Compresyn NH3 is a new refrigeration compressor oil formulated for extended life performance in all systems using naphthenic based refrigeration oils. It is also FG-H1 compliant for food industries that require H1 food-grade approval. The fluids are virtually wax-free and are formulated to be suitable for ammonia and most halocarbon systems.
Compresyn compressor lubricants can run for as long as 8000 working hours, which is far more than the length of time most lubes would run for, particularly food grade. On specific applications, such as vacuum pumps using the Compresyn 250, we achieve in excess of 2500 working hours, which is over FIVE times the time commonly achieved in the industry. Most lubricants also require filters to be changed with every lubricant change, even though the filters themselves can last around 2500 working hours. Not only do Compresyn lubricants last a lot longer, but they also save the need for at least five filters to be replaced and the down time in replacing them, offering massive time, money and production savings.
