Modacare Package

We now offer a Modacare package which spreads the cost of the yearly service to ensure that customers chairs and wash units are serving them all year round. We are a member of the SafeContractor Scheme. Safecontractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors. Customers can be assured that the service we offer is of a high standard. More information can be found on our website.
Choose from Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. We have a package to suit all salons and barber shops.What's included will depend on the package you choose: Whats included: • A First Service- Your first service will usually be within 1 month of you first taking out the care plan. At the first service our engineer will check that your chairs are on our approved list and that your chairs do not have any pre-existing faults. If we find that your chairs are not on our approved list or has pre-existing faults we’ll either: - Tell you what needs to be done to fix it - and how much it will cost. - Offer you a different plan or level of cover - Or cancel your agreement and plan- with no prejudice. • An Annual Service Our Engineer will visit the salon/premises once within each period of the agreement to check that your chairs are functioning and working safely.
During their visit the engineer will fill out a checklist to show you exactly what we’ve looked at. If we find a problem or a fault that needs fixing we’ll tell you about it. As this is a service only package our engineer may give you a quote to have the work done.
When your annual service is due we will send your authorised contact an email, letter, text message or call you to arrange it. We’ll try to get hold of you three times. If we don’t hear back from you after the third time, we won’t try again and won’t refund the cost of the missed annual service. But you can still contact us at any time to book it.
