Idscan Biometrics, Europes leader in point of sale age-verification has formally launched its latest business, ID Scan Bespoke Software Development.
Over the past four years Idscan Biometrics have become experts in biometrics, age verification, ID card reading and bluetooth technologies. The new business aims to quickly understand the differing requirements and needs of each client; Idscan Bespoke will evaluate the business and report on the OCR, biometric or multi-biometric prospects for software development.
Tamlyn Thompson of Idscan Biometrics states "Over the past year our business has expanded on four fronts, Security, Age Verification, Bluetooth and Bespoke Software development on behalf of third party clients; with more and more demand and our increased niche expertise, it was a natural development to open the new business".
Idscans software development clients in the past six months have included an American bank which involved developing software and installing systems across Australia, France, Italy and Spain, as well as software development for one of the worlds largest tobacco manufacturers.
