Automatic email messaging system for databases and spreadsheets

KALNOTE is an off-the-shelf integrated back-office program that works with existing spreadsheets and databases to send out email reminders.
Large organisations may have the staff and resources to continuously run purpose-built software programs to send out their email reminder messages, however, smaller ones are often less fortunate. Whilst staff may receive automatic prompts from the computer system to send out the messages, they then have to manually process the data and transmit the messages. This second stage is time-consuming and other pressures and priorities may result in delayed or missing communications which in turn can result in missed deadlines and non-compliance issues.KALNOTE automates the complete process to send out all messages on time at minimal cost by continuously scanning the data to identify records using preset criteria such as dates and values. Each target record meeting these criteria generates an email which can include data from that record and sends it to an address contained in the record.
Multiple records for a single email address are grouped together. Operation is silent and no user interaction is required to generate the emails.
KALNOTE works with a range of databases including FILEMAKER®, Microsoft EXCEL®, ACCESS® and SQL SERVER®.
Copies of all emails are stored and can also be sent to a supervisor for monitoring purposes. Applications include calibration and gauge management, regular inspection and testing, renewals and expiries, progress chasing, overdue payment collection, birthdays and anniversaries.
