Strategic Reorganisation of Unitemp Management Team

Unitemp, leading supplier of environmental test chambers and Espec’s UK distributor today announced a reorganisation within the company involving a number of leadership changes.
Following the reorganisation, the company will be well placed to continue its impressive sales growth of the last two years, especially into the battery testing market. The new structure will also provide increased support services to its notable customer portfolio.
Andrew Karolak will become Managing Director taking on an increased customer facing role. Jack Brown will become Sales Director and lead sales efforts for new equipment plus support and calibration services. Fay Seabridge is appointed as Deputy Managing Director, reporting to the MD and will be responsible for managing the finances, back of house activities and administration of the company. Current Managing Director, Ron brown, will become Chairman, providing a sounding board for the management team and valuable technical insights to the Sales Director, Jack Brown.
