We hope that you are all well and staying safe throughout this unprecedented and worrying time.
We wanted to write to you to let you know that, until we get told otherwise, we plan to keep trading during our normal weekday hours with skeleton staff, working with the strictest of precautions and following all guidelines.There will be restricted trade counter access allowing only 1 customer at a time, deliveries are by carrier or taxi only, with no A1 van deliveries until further notice. Our on-site hose van will continue to offer an emergency breakdown service as normal on the number below.
We have taken this decision as we provide essential services, maintenance and repair facilities for food manufacturers and processors, agriculture, energy, pharmaceutical, water supply, transport and other critical industries.
We will continue to review the situation daily, listening carefully to the guidance provided by the government to protect our employees, customers and suppliers, and will of course keep everyone updated as things change.
