Fullbrook Systems launch the new DISPERMAT CN dissolver

DISPERMAT is well a well established brand of mixing and dispersion equipment and is a common sight in paint and coatings laboratories and production areas. Available in the UK though Fullbrook Systems, DISPERMAT dispersion equipment includes dispersers, mixers, vacuum mixers, basket mills as well as vertical and horizontal bead mills. There is also a comprehensive range of accessories for different applications.
For 2021 the CN range of dissolvers has been upgraded to include new stands and operator controls. The user interface is controlled by a high quality rotary controller. It feels like you could almost be driving a German car! The interface is used to control the shaft speed and access the operator menu.The clear display indicates the speed and stand height which allows the operator to run the machine in the same way each time it is used. A timer and temperature display are useful additional features.
The DISPERMAT CN range uses powerful and quiet motors that require no routine maintenance. The central clamping system will hold containers from 250ml to as large as 250l. There is a DISPERMAT CN for every application.
As with all fast moving machinery, operator safety is paramount.
The DISPERMAT CN range is fitted with the patented Dispersafe module and complies to the latest regulations EN ISO 13849 and is a certified safety standard according to the TUV Nord cert GmbH.
Like all other DISPERMAT dissolvers the CN range is capable of mixing dispersing and milling and even operating under vacuum. With the modular range of accessories that is available from Fullbrook Systems the CN can be used for a variety of tasks. Even the standard machine has a wide range of interchangeable milling mixing and dispersion tools.
