Hi-Tec put the pressure on with Graco Merkur range

Hi-Tec Spray Ltd (HSL), have introduced their brand new range of Graco Merkur pumps, with an expanded choice of ‘air displacement volume to fluid operating pressure’ ratios (from 10:1 to 48:1).
The pumps are available as standard units or as more sophisticated DataTrak™ models offering significant benefits that include pump diagnostics for maintenance, air and material flow information, and automatic shutdown facility when dry to avoid unnecessary wear on the unit. All models are available as Wall Mount, 2-Wheel Cart Mount and Stand Mount units.With variable litre throughput at the right pressures to suit particular applications, the new range of pumps also employs the more sophisticated Air Mix technology rather than air spray, which provides greater transfer efficiency with less waste and an outstanding finish. It is also available in an airless spray version. Contractual joiners and furniture makers should benefit immensely from this technology upgrade.
Gracos' Merkur pump is suitable for single component application whether the material be water based or solvent based . Utilising low pulsation with high output fluid delivery, the air-assisted, airless spray technology employed, assures excellent finish quality with high material transfer efficiency and fast production rates.
With minimal service downtime and greater efficiency, quick pay-back and early profitability are benefits which are too good to ignore in the current economic climate.
