Holidays for part year and zero hours workers have changed.
05 August 2022
Are you prepared?
On 20th July 2022, the Supreme Court handed down a judgment that changes the way holidays are calculated for part year and Zero hours workers.
For the first time ever, people who work part of the year can accrue proportionately more holiday than their colleagues who work all year round.
If you employ either Term Time or Zero hours workers, we strongly advise you to change your holiday provision and contracts.
If you want to discuss what this means for you and get help making the changes, give our team a call on 0161 647 7990.
