Proclad helps clean up Counthill School
21 October 2009
Opened in 1951 and consisting of 1100 pupils, 80 teachers and support staff, the buildings are of the period and tiles were used throughout the toilet areas.
With time, the tiles have become chipped and broken with grouting used falling foul to mold and in some cases falling out leaving the areas unhygienic in addition to looking unsightly.
The school needed to improve these areas and enlisted Spire Construction to manage the project. Proclad blue PVC Hygienic Cladding was chosen and fitted over the holiday closure. The result was a job that is fantastic in appearance, very easy to clean, and more importantly, hygienic and maintenance free.
