Treelion from Lamberhurst - the most powerful pruning shears in the world
03 December 2009
Lamberhurst Engineering Ltd have just unveiled the Treelion, currently the most powerful battery operated pruning shears available in the world, designed for professional tree surgeons, landscapers and viticulturists.
The main characteristic of the Treelion pruning shears is that they can either work in progressive mode, for precise work, or in pulse mode (full or half open) for faster pruning. The range of Treelion pruning shears are all equipped, as standard, with a Pradines cutting head, which is a world-wide reference in terms of blade quality. Furthermore, with the dual trigger system, with a simple press, the blades can be opened from an intermediate position to the fully open position, to gain in speed and simplicity of use. This range of pruning shears is provided as standard with the 200 lithium-ion battery worn on the wais and can also be used with an adaptor kit with the larger backpack Ultra Lithium Batteries.
There are several versions of the Treelion: one-handed conventional type model and several two-handed models for working in dense vegetation. Like all the other Pellenc products, the Ultra Lithium Battery benefits from a very-high-capacity technology which guarantees use with no odour, no pollution and a revolutionary working capacity of up to one full day’s use.
