Bell Integration and Amelia today announced that they have formed a strategic relationship, with Bell Integration onboarding Amelia’s Digital-First managed services team and Bell’s delivery teams backing Amelia’s highly successful Digital-First offering.
The Bell AI Services and Solutions team now possess a far greater capability to deliver Digital First, Conversational AI and AIOPS solutions to its customers, and Amelia’s Digital First offering will be supported and enhanced by Bell’s world-class delivery division.“We are excited to welcome Amelia’s Digital-First team to the Bell Integration family and have already started to see the benefits of working together”, said Manpreet Gill, CEO of Bell Integration. “This strategic relationship will allow us to better serve our customers, extend our service offering and accelerate the growth of our AI business.”

Having onboarded the Amelia Digital-First managed services team, Bell has increased its AI teams across the UK, India, North America, and Europe. The acquired skills enable Bell to deliver a range of AI services and solutions from Strategic Consulting, Architecture, Design, AI Implementation and Run services. Bell’s integrated AI Platform will deliver business value and change needed to embrace AI solutions for all of our existing strategic services such as End User Support, Cloud and Infrastructure Management and Engineering Services.
