Sensonics' success in China

Condition monitoring specialists Sensonics have recently completed a project for Shanghai Boasteel, the largest iron and steel company in China.
The contract for the supply and installation of DN26 series vibration and speed monitors was successfully completed in conjunction with Sensonics Shanghai based distributor, Star Royal Industry & Engineering Co Ltd. The two new systems installed monitor bearing vibration of de-dusting and sintering fans providing online condition monitoring and shutdown protection.Commenting on the project, Leon Shi, the Site Maintenance Engineer at Shanghai Boasteel said;
“It’s our first time using Sensonics vibration and speed monitors and we worked closely with the Service Manager of Star Royal during the on-site installation and system commissioning”. He continued, “It’s three months since installation and start-up and as Site Engineer I am very happy with the system performance and the user-friendly features, we express our thanks to Star Royal for their professional support”.
The completion of the Shanghai Boasteel project is another example of continued success for Sensonics in this region and underlines their commitment to developing the most effective solutions for vibration, displacement and speed monitoring applications across industry.
