ATEX (Flameproof) Equipment for UK Oil and Gas processes

Recently installed, AKW have supplied a 60kW in-line ATEX heater for use on a UK onshore oilfield site.
Purpose is to heat circulating water for the storage tank pictured and raise to a required temperature. The heater was supplied along with control panel using a Thyristor control for maximum efficiency.Supplied to a UK onshore gas processing site, this bespoke 2.5kW vertical in-line ATEX heater was designed in co-operation with the client to meet exacting specifications.
Both pieces of equipment were the result of detailed consultation with our clients.
We are now able to produce 3D representations using Solidworks(tm) and can apply this facility to all equipment we manufacture.
Sales of ATEX equipment continue to grow in our specialist niche of the market.
