GEW to launch next generation LED systems at Labelexpo Americas 2024

UK-based curing systems manufacturer GEW will introduce two new high-performance LED products at Labelexpo Americas, adding to the company’s already diverse product portfolio.
AeroLED2 | Performance and value for all label and narrow web applications:AeroLED2 delivers an increased power level when compared to the original AeroLED model, for faster printing across more applications. It is also newly available for wider web widths, to cater for more presses in the narrow web market.
AeroLED2 maintains the key attributes of the earlier model: it is ArcLED compatible, meaning that it can easily be interchanged with GEW’s Arc lamp systems and it maintains GEW’s unique centralised fan cooling architecture.
LeoLED2 | Power and performance for sheetfed and industrial applications:
LeoLED2 will introduce two power level options to the acclaimed water-cooled system. The regular power option offers modest gains over the original LeoLED while maintaining backward compatibility. The high power option, however, delivers game-changing increases in UV irradiance and dose over its predecessor LeoLED to deliver unprecedented performance for the most extreme curing challenges in the packaging market.
