Produced with bio-based materials, this adhesive maintains the high performance that Henkel’s products are known for while reducing its environmental footprint.
The ability to combine exceptional performance with eco-friendly ingredients makes Technomelt Supra 081 ECO a game-changer for businesses aiming to meet their sustainability targets without compromising on quality. The latest offering for 2025 is Technomelt Supra 079 ECO Cool, which has all of the features of Technomelt Supra 081 ECO, but runs at even lower temperatures, making even more savings.
Henkel has also made strides in improving operational efficiency with products like Technomelt Supra PS 7220 Easyflow for pallet stabilisation. By using adhesive to lock together palleted goods, it is possible to reduce the use of plastic wrap significantly. This not only saves single use plastic, but allows for faster running of your production line, with further cost reductions.
What sets Technomelt Supra PS 7220 Easyflow apart from other products used for this job is the unique physical form of the adhesive, which allows it tyo be used in Automatic Tank Filling Systems, another innovation fanfared by Direct Adhesives through 2024.
These systems are designed to reduce manual intervention, enhancing safety, and maintaining consistent adhesive quality. By automating the refilling process, companies can minimize human error, reduce workplace hazards, and streamline production lines.

Two improved hot melt guns were introduced in the shape of Tec 806 and the temperature adjustable Tec 830. Both tools are able to handle 12mm and 15mm diameter hot glue sticks. The world’s first fully compostable hot melt glue stick was launched in 2024 – Tecbond 214B. Developed for cardboard and paper packaging applications, it has the same performance as the best selling Tecbond 214 and can be used in standard Tec handguns.
