For anyone who has experience with an Ercolina machine, it is no news that these pipe benders break the mould of traditional bending machinery, the extremely compact yet powerful machines are the only ones on the market with the ability to perfectly bend small tube radius’ and maintain the optimum oval section of the finished tube without the need for a mandrel – which demands valuable workshop space.There are over 30 different models of pipe bender all available with specialist tools for specific non-standard applications with quick and easy tool change applications designed to save time between switching jobs.
For those of you who are already the proud owners of an Ercolina pipe bender or two; Addison Saws offer full servicing and breakdown visits which are carried out by their specialist Ercolina engineer who has over 10 years’ experience working exclusively with these machines.
As the UKs' exclusive agent for Ercolina, Addison has unlimited access to a wealth of spare parts and tooling for every type of bending machine sold.
Typical Applications include construction of chairs, tables, doors, pushpits, pulpits and bends for air conditioning systems, central heating systems, domestic hot water systems, roll bars and bull bars. Of course, this is only a glimpse of what Ercolina pipe benders can be used for.
