Polyamide versions of EMKA's popular 1056 series butt hinges are now available at huge cost reductions.
EMKA – market leaders in “everything but the enclosure” are pleased to offer yet another way for specialist enclosure builders to reduce costs and enhance quality. Polyamide versions of the popular 1056 series butt hinges are now available at huge cost reductions – dependent upon size, in the order of half the equivalent zinc die hinge. 1056 hinges in black polyamide come in 40mm and 50mm sizes with stainless steel pins to ensure smooth operation, even in corrosive situations. They are ideal for wall mount style cabinets or machine access panels and are complemented with EMKA’s full range of spanner locks, wing handles and over 500 extruded rubber sealing door gasket profiles in EPDM, neoprene and PVC.
