Beamex® MC5 Calibrator chosen by Eurotherm for site calibration of Aerospace pyrometry instrumentation to NADCAP regulations and AMS2750D

Beamex have recently been contracted by Eurotherm to supply their legendary Beamex® MC5 Multifunction Calibrator to equip their field service team of UKAS accredited technicians.
Eurotherm, who provide accredited services to many aerospace companies, use the highly accurate, portable, Beamex® MC5 for the site recalibration of their customers’ instrumentation to aid compliance with the recently released revision D of AMS2750, the specification for aerospace pyrometry instrumentation.
The new NADCAP regulations and AMS2750 standard is creating new challenges for subcontractors to the Aerospace industry. Richard Bolton, Marketing Manager of the Heat Treatment Business Unit at Eurotherm said,” The impact of the up-issue to Revision D on the AMS2750 pyrometry standard is being felt very keenly throughout the Heat Treatment industry as the prime contractors demand that their suppliers adhere to this standard in order to ensure the uniformity of parts manufactured”.
