IPx9k Ingress Protection & more from UKAS accredited ISO17025 Test House Alphatech.
Alphatech are now approved to test to the difficult to find IPx9K test. We are also accredited for the full range of IP testing from IP1x to IP9x.The IPx9k test requires both high pressure and high temperature water jet testing. The test is most often specified for both dust and hot water ingress as IP69k.
This test is growing in application as designers and manufacturers work toward products that will survive extreme applications such as in automotive electronics where heat, water and thermal shocks all combine.
Alphatech Ltd operate their UKAS accredited ISO17025 test laboratory from their facilities Haverhill Suffolk (the M11 science & technology catchment area surrounding Cambridge).
