New Hydrocarbon-Based “Green” Freezers.
23 January 2008
New Brunswick Scientific is proud to introduce two new eco-friendly models of our Ultra-Low Temperature lab freezers.
In an effort to deter global warming and meet the environmental requirements of today’s laboratory, NBS has developed a hydrocarbon-based freezer which not only reduces the global-warming potential compared to traditional freezers, but also performs at 5-10% increased efficiency.
This not only saves valuable monetary cost, but also helps protect the environment. The 725-liter Innova® U725-G freezers and 570-liter Premium U570-G systems feature an advanced controller positioned at eye level for easy set point programming and system monitoring, 4-digit password protection, alarm settings programmable in ±1°C increments, and built-in S.M.A.R.T Plus® diagnostics.
