Systems Integration (Trading) Ltd CEO Rob Stephens;“Systems Integration are proud to support the first ever Meat Up exhibition. We are looking to build on the successful launch of Integreater® and I’m sure that this new event will play an important part in achieving our aim. The meat sector forms a significant part of our customer base and we hope that delegates will visit us on stand 337 to help raise money for such a worthy cause.”
The Butchers' and Drovers' Charitable Institution (BDCI) is the Meat Industrys' trade charity. Applications for help are welcomed from people from anywhere in the UK, who are, or have been connected in any capacity with the Meat Trade, whether retail, wholesale or otherwise. They assist those people who are unable to work or over the age of 60 and have limited financial resources. Widows, dependants and children of those who have been in the trade are always considered for help.
Help is given in three ways:
- Pensions
- One-off grants to help towards a major expense etc
- Assistance towards fees in a Residential or Nursing Home
Systems Integration are a leading supplier of software and hardware for the meat processing industry. With nearly 20 years of experience working for this sector, they have customers in Europe, Canada and the USA.
The company was established in 1992, when CEO Rob Stephens saw a gap in the market. As Group Operations Manager at a large meat processing plant, he often experienced problems with the production management systems that were available at the time. To address the issue, he instigated the development of a new food processing solution which Tesco recommended to all of their meat suppliers.
The BSE crisis was a period of massive growth for the firm. As traceability legislation was introduced to the meat sector, abattoirs and processors invested in their food productivity system to ensure compliance. With regulations for all food related products getting tougher each year, they now work with a wide variety of producers.
SI only supply solutions to food processing businesses and are the sole providers of Integreater® worldwide.
Integreater® is an enterprise manufacturing execution system, also known as an e-MES. It might sound complicated, but has actually been designed to make life a lot easier for meat processing businesses.
The unique food manufacturing solution works by ensuring that management have the visibility to achieve greater accuracy, efficiency and traceability. It effectively holds a magnifying glass up to your processing cycle, so that you can see exactly what’s going on and identify where you need to make improvements.
Integreater® is a complete software and hardware system, but its modular design means that you don’t have to buy it all in one go. Featuring solutions to a wide range of production problems, it’s easy for everyone to use – from staff on the factory floor, right up to the boardroom.
Simply tell us what data you want to measure and we will configure the e-MES to do all the hard work. It will then provide operators with the information they need, when they need it, in a way they’ll understand.
Integreater® is a flexible solution that has been designed to adapt as your business grows, customer demands change and legislation gets tougher.
