INSTALLERS have praised the London Promise – a service recently launched by Plumb Center and Parts Center to take the strain out of working within the M25.
INSTALLERS have praised the London Promise – a service recently launched by Plumb Center and Parts Center to take the strain out of working within the M25.It enables customers who place an order before 5pm, with any of the branches within the M25, to collect the order from 7:30am the next day. The days of our customers having to trek around various branches to get vital parts or other products are a thing of the past.
Customers will be able to call and collect from the London branch closest to their job. This should slash journey times, save them money and allow them to focus on the job. Here are some of the things being said by satisfied customers.
Installer Jeremy Hamilton said: “I thought your feeder service was good anyway but it’s great now - well done.” “I’ve benefitted from your overnight deliveries. I can plan my week more efficiently now I’m confident I can get my parts first thing in the morning,” added James Pitt.
Peter Brown said: “I am very impressed with the service. It is very beneficial to have items ready earlier in the morning.” “It’s a very good idea. I was pleased with my order being ready for collection and complete the next morning,” commented Tony Shephard.
