Excellent garden bench couldn't have wished for better.Delivery arrangement was awful. An email arrived in the morning approximately 8.30 quoting me a two hour slot for delivery of 8.57 to 10.57. I was 15 mins from home waiting for an appointment to have car tyres fitted at 9.00. I cancelled the appointment and hurried home only for the delivery to take place at 2.10 in the afternoon. My torrid mind set was tempered by the very high quality of the bench which was in perfect condition to the high standard of packaging
