Terrible and unfinished kitchen Terrible workmanship Missing pieces His name is Neil Taylor We were left with a unfinished kitchen for 10 months There were Missing doors Poorly fitted units and including wrong sized screws, terrible cuts which needed to be replace all the plinths, Worktops cut terribly and missing doors and end panels... We’ve had a survey and It needed to be taken out and re fitted at a cost of £5,900We’ve had to buy additional things as the whole thing was measured incorrectly and the existing items we had ie intergraded fridge, sink, internal drawers (£500 to replace) didn’t fit splashbacks bought 3 in the end. 2 didn’t fit The last arrived damaged and we never saw the replacement but he’s been refunded we found out? £700 !!!Wrong internal corner trays so another £400 to change them. I paid him again for the missing doors as these were said to be missing from the order even though we’d paid already and the supplier confirmed they were never ordered. He said 7 days installation It started 22nd May and still not finished on 22 August when we finally could take anymore The new floor and re plastered walls are damaged by him being careless.I’ve emails and texts taken from the first week saying I was unhappy. He always had an excuse... and later correspondence including pre court letters have been ignored Do not touch this man He will leave you broken hearted and out of pocket. He has been reported to Trading Standards and they are looking at him.

This one man company is unreliable.Insists on payment in advance orders incorrect products some items not ordered at all even though they have been paid for.Old tools that damage products.Heath and safety dangerous.not compliant.Disappears on job doesn't turn up.Does not answer phone or emails.Would not recommend him or use him again.His name is Neil Taylor previously known as Talylormaid.Does not give refunds for work or products.Has been reported to Trading Standards.
