Fibre Laser Cutting Machines
Fibre laser cutting machines represent the cutting edge of high-power, precision metal cutting technology. These machines operate by focusing laser beams generated by a laser source through an optical path system. We offer solutions ranging from 500W to 12kW using high-power fibre-optic lasers. With these powerful sources, you can cut up to 25mm of mild and stainless steel and 15mm of aluminium. Depending on the power and type of laser source, these machines can also handle other non-ferrous materials like brass and copper, and are available in various bed sizes to suit different needs.

Press Brakes
CNC press brakes offer a higher level of specialisation compared to standard press brakes. They are equipped with a fixed bottom bed that holds the V block tooling securely, while the top ram, equipped with the V blade tool, moves with applied force. In large industrial machines, CNC press brakes—short for Computer Numerically Controlled—are capable of bending sheet metal ranging from a few inches to several feet in length. This process causes the material between the punch and dies to deform.

Deburring Machines
Deburring sheet metal involves removing irregularities and sharp edges from metal products. Burrs, which are small metal fragments adhering to the surface, typically appear around the cut edges. These burrs result from machining processes like laser cutting, water jet cutting, punching, or plasma cutting.
