Our skilled and experienced Project Management team will be involved from the order pre-award stage through to site final test and acceptance. Our Project Managers will be responsible for the complete project schedule and it’s critical stages including the documentation controls required for all aspects of certification, installation, operation, commissioning and maintenance.
Our project managers will be involved at an early stage to ensure compliance to agreed technical and commercial specifications and co-ordinate all required disciplines ensuring project milestones and completions are delivered on time.
All our projects have a dedicated single point contact Project Manager to ensure continuity and build a trusting relationship with our clients.
They will be able to provide all necessary information and will manage project risk and change in a co-ordinated transparent manner.
