Waterjet Cutting Service
Yorkshire Profiles can provide a water jet cutting service to customers who wish precision cutting from a range of materials including hard titanium and soft turf. Whether it’s a one off item or a batch run we provide accurate and efficiently produced parts. Utilising the waterjet cutting machines’ twin head capabilities to produce expertly cut parts we are able to offer competitively priced waterjet cutting service with a quality to be truly proud of.
Laser Cutting Service
Our recently installed 4KW Amada laser ensures high quality parts, delivering fast turn around time. The lasers linear drive system allows head movements to be extremely rapid and accurate providing a precision cut. Unlike waterjet cutting, the laser is more limited to the materials it can cut. However it can process mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium faster than waterjet cutting, because of this it can dramatically reduce the cost of parts. The majority of orders can be dispatched within 48 hours or less.
