Panel Filters

We manufacture a wide range of professional high-quality Panel Filters constructed in various graded densities and filter media formats both modern/synthetic and traditional materials, built to suit any specific ventilation application requirements rendering optimum particle capture of airborne odours and contaminants, controlling extract emissions and improving air quality conditions in line with modern environmental awareness. Activated Carbon Panel Filters (Bonded)

For many years Activated Carbon Panel Filters have been used to reduce airborne odours and contaminants and it is current usage has been expanded considerably, improving conditions in line with modern ‘environmental awareness. Bonded Activated Carbon Panel Filters are most commonly used for control extract emissions in kitchens, factories and in chemical processes but they are equally effective in improving the air quality for the occupants of buildings located in the vicinity of airports, car parks, sewerage works or rubbish tips

Medium Efficiency Filters

We manufacture a wide range of Medium Efficiency Filters, such as Cleanable Fan Coil Filters and Disposable Filter Units which are fitted to protect the fan coil Filters and controls from lint, fluff, dust particles and large visible matter, these can be manufactured for any given face size. Glass Fibre Disposable Panel Filters are designed for general ventilation requirements and represent economy in both initial and replacement costs, alongside our professional Pleated Panel Filters which has higher efficiency and capacity than a similar-sized Glass Fibre or synthetic panel Filters and the Rigid Bag Filters which are manufactured with a rigid Polypropylene frame and Glass Fibre pleated media, delivering approximately 5 times the Medium Efficiency Filters surface area

Bag Filters M5 / M6

Fine grade Multi-Pocket Bag Filters are developed for those buildings where the preservation of the decor and high-technology equipment is important. With these M5/M6 bag Filters, most mould spores, pollens and general dust will be removed from the air. Typical applications would be shopping malls, restaurants, gymnasiums, food stores, schools and engineering workshops.

High-Efficiency Filters / Coarse Filters

We manufacture a range of High-Efficiency Filters (Coarse Filters) such as the Bag Filters F7/F8 which are fire retardant to Class 1 and can be manufactured to any size while the Rigid Bag Filters with approximately 5 times the Filter surface area compared to that of a standard type bag Filter of the same size and our Rigid Pleated Panel Filters which are designed for those applications where High-Efficiency filtration is required, but space is limited

HEPA Filters

Ace Filtration manufacture HEPA Filters with the standard Deep Pleat. HEPA Filters are constructed to order to suit any particular size and application requirements alongside the Mini Pleat.

HEPA Filters which are designed for the air intake and extract systems of critical applications where high-efficiency filtration is necessary and will give protection to the sub-micron level.

The Multi Wedge HEPA Filters built where strict quality control is enforced throughout manufacture and on completion each individual Filter is tested and certified.

Mini Pleat HEPA Filters

These Mini Pleat HEPA Filters (also named Absolute Filters) are designed for the air-intake and extract systems of those critical applications where high-efficiency filtration is necessary and they will give protection to the sub-micron level. These HEPA filters are normally used as Final Filters.

Final Filters must be protected by pre-Filters Grade F7 or higher, as this will ensure that the optimum operating life span is achieved. Strict ‘quality control’ is enforced throughout the manufacturing process and on completion, each individual Filter is tested and certified for use.

MVHR Filters

MVHR Filters. Manufactured in the UK our replacement Filters for MVHR and HRV systems deliver reliability and optimum performance from your machinery, as all our Heat Recovery Air Filters are built to European EN779 standards (ISO16890).

Carbon Filters

Reduce airborne odours and contaminants with our Carbon Filters which are commonly used to control extract emissions in kitchens, factories and chemical processes or our revolutionary Carbon Impregnated Filters which are used to improve indoor air quality in buildings such as offices, public buildings, airports and industrial premises. While the Disposable Filters type ACD is commonly used on commercial kitchen extract systems, the Carbon Filters absorption capacity reduces all types of cooking smells, including those produced by fast food outlets, restaurants, coffee bars and bakeries as well as odours generated by food production factories

Activated Carbon Panel Filters (Bonded)

Grease Filters / Canopy Filters Non-standard

For commercial kitchen extraction systems, we manufacture two Grease Filters (Canopy Filters) that work very differently. Our stainless Steel Baffle Grease Filter will allow trapped Grease to drain directly from the Filter baffles into a drip tray below and are easy to clean and replace.

While our Mesh Grease Filters type AGMB collects Grease extract in the wire mesh media and with regular cleaning your Grease Filters will last for many years.

Spray Booth Filters

Manufacturing of Spray Booth Filters, such as our Andreae Filters type AF923, which is designed to capture any wet solids or liquid particles in the airstream and the Paint Stop Filters ‘Starter’ AF803 which can hold more paint particles than other types of exhaust Filter media. Our Paint Stop Filters enable these Spray Booth Filters to maintain an uniformed airflow around the Spray Booth area. We also supply Glass Fibre Paint Stop Media spun into 50mm thick matting ensuring even distribution of the paint particles.

Rigid Bag Filters

Ace Filtration manufacture Rigid Bag Filters with the standard design and fitting. Our popular Rigid Bag Filters RB6 are manufactured with a rigid Polypropylene frame and have a ‘glass fibre’ pleated media, plus these Rigid Bag Filters have approximately 5 times the Filter surface area when compared to that of a ‘standard’ type Bag Filters of a similar size. Rigid Bag Filters are built where strict quality control is enforced throughout manufacture.

Manufactured from Galvanised pressed Steel the Circular Access Doors are available to suit diameters of Spiral Ducting from 100mm to 1000mm. If you require Stainless Steel Duct Access Doors, then these are also available on ‘special order’

Access Door for Ducting

Spiral Duct Access Panels are supplied with an ‘easy-to-use’ adhesive template which ensures the correct marking of the Access Door For Ducting is cut out correctly.

Fire Tested Duct Access Doors

Manufactured ‘exclusively’ for Ductwork installations where the restriction of fire spread is essential, the Fire Tested Duct Access Doors are constructed of Galvanised Steel and incorporate high-temperature insulation materials. Additional ‘cam fasteners’ ensure a ‘flame tight’ seal whilst the heavy-duty handles allow for ‘easy removal’ of the Access Doors to facilitate inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.

Door frames on these Fire Tested Duct Access are supplied pre-punched, ready for additional mechanical fixings into the Duct in conjunction with the fold-over tabs.

The Duct Access Doors have been Independently Fire Tested, utilising the temperature and pressure conditions of BS EN 1363-1: 2012 and the principles of BS EN 1634-1: 2014. These Access Doors were exposed to furnace temperatures reaching just over 1000°C and retained their integrity for the full two-hour period of testing.

Insulated Duct Access Doors

Designed for use on rectangular ductwork systems, these Insulated Duct Access Doors with fish Tab style Access Doors are ‘easy to install’. Simply cut a hole in the duct, 30mm under the door size, fix the frame in place with a dolly and hammer, replace the Door and secure it with Cam-lock Door fasteners. Duct Access Doors Type Tab.

The Tab Type Duct Access Door seals meet DW144 Classes A and B. Rectangular Tabbed Access Doors are available from stock in 19 sizes to suit everything from visual access (100mm x 100mm) to man access (600mm x 600mm).

Our UV Air Filtration system is positioned within the airflow and can incorporate anywhere from 2 to 16 high-intensity UV-C lamps, delivering sufficient UV energy to disrupt the genetic material of the virus.
