Approved Business has partnered with treebytree to create our own company forest, and help accelerate the regeneration of nature in Africa.
How does it work?
Every featured listing on Approved Business is gifted a tree. You can name it, watch it be restored and track it's growth over the next 3 years. The aim is to build a forest, just a small way in which we're trying to give back.
Who restores the trees?
All gifted trees are trees are brought back to life in the heart of Africa by our partner, Justdiggit. They train local farmers to carefully regrow trees that have been cut down but are still alive, by a method called Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration (or FMNR), better known as Kisiki Hai in Swahili.
