Reviews

The moment a review has been left about your company, a copy of the review will be instantly emailed to you. We will email this to the contact email address we hold for your company.

How Can I Attract More Reviews?

If you have a few or numerous customers who you think would be willing to leave you a review you can email them automatically with a personalised email from your Approved Business client login.

All you have to do is click on Client Login at the top right on every page of the site

(If you don't know your client login details, still click on Client Login, and then click Forgot Password, so that the login details can be emailed to you)

Once in the Client Login, scroll along the profile tabs and click on the Request a Review tab.

This allows you to enter multiple email addresses together with the first names of the recipients. This allows you to then write one personalised message to all recipients inviting them to leave a review about your company.

This system will automatically personalise each email with the first name you entered and send to each of your customers inviting them to leave a review about your company with a link directly to the review submission page. They will then follow the normal review process, and instantly spreading the good word about your company to all your potential customers who visit Approved Business each day.

We will not store your customers' email addresses unless they leave a review and any emails we do store are completely private. We will never reveal or pass on to a third party any emails that are collected in this way.

What About Bad Reviews Which I Think Are Untrue?

If you feel someone has posted a false or misleading review, please contact us and we will review its authenticity. We will contact the reviewer and ask them to properly justify his or her review and if they cannot substantiate their review to our satisfaction, the review will be removed from the Approved Business site.

It is very important that the reviews are honest and impartial and we will be monitoring this closely. All reviews are filtered and blocked if they contain bad language, sexually explicit references, religious or political content.

Can I Put The Reviews On My Own Website?

Yes! By adding the review code to your own web site, your review rating will appear directly on your own website. This will change in real time every time one of your customers leaves a review. By including this on your own site, you can help potential customers to make that all-important decision to contact you. The code can even be customised, so you can change the colours to match your own site. Below is a quick example of what it looks like:

How Do I Put The Review Graphics On My Website?

Simply log in to the Client Login from the link on the Approved Business home page using your email address and password. Next, click on Reviews tab and then Click here to get review widget code. This code is unique for your company; all you need to do is copy and paste this unique code onto your own website.

(If you don't know your client login details, still click on client login, and then click forgot password, and then login details will be emailed to you)

Granthams GT Ltd
UK manufacturer of high end cycle components, Hope Technology, recently upgraded its in-house print capabilities with the investment of a Mimaki CJV30 printer/cutter from Granthams Graphic Technologies and is now better placed to support its international network of retailers with improved marketing and event collateral. Hope Technology - the Barnoldswick based manufacturer of high end bicycle components - put its recent decision to invest in a wide format Mimaki inkjet printer/cutter down to a desire to replicate its production efficiencies within its print department. With around 100 staff employed across its highly focussed operation, the company has been a proud supplier to the cycling industry since the late 1980s. Marketing manager, Alan Weatherill has been with Hope since the very beginning and with ultimate responsibility of how his brand is portrayed in bike shops and at events around the country, the quality of output from his department''s new printer was a key factor in Hope''s decision to change brands with the new investment. "We need to show the Hope brand off at its best", he says. "I''m responsible for producing prints that will be seen in thousands of cycle shops around the country so it''s important they''re an accurate reflection of the brand". Weatherill is quick to point out where his company''s strength do (and don''t) lie. "We''re not a print company!" he asserts, "so ease of use was important too". Referencing the minimal maintenance required on the Mimaki CJV30, he also recognises that a varied demand for output combined with the productivity of the printer/cutter means they''re not running the machine all day, every day. "We needed a machine that was reliable, had low maintenance requirements and that we could use when we needed to".

Granthams GT Ltd
Derbyshire based event branding solutions company, Banner Box, identified the importance of investing in the latest technology years ago, and recently continued the trend when they took advantage of Mimaki''s upgrade promotion featuring the newly launched baby-grand solvent printer - the JV33-260S. Banner Box has been digitally printing banners, flags and outdoor branded products since 2001 when they invested in an early mild solvent printer from Granthams Graphic Technology. Their relationship with Granthams strengthened over the years, with further wide format printers replacing the originals, including their first venture into wider machines with a pair of Mimaki JV3-250SP printers, capable of outputting 2.5m wide (or deep) print onto outdoor banners. The launch of the new baby grand Mimaki - the 2.6m wide JV33-260S - fitted in well with Banner Box''s investment plans, and coupled to a recommendation from a new member of staff who''d worked with one of the regular sized JV33s at another company, the investment was a fairly easy one for General Manager, Charles Coldwell to sanction. Working with Granthams since their first investment in 2001, Coldwell places an importance on the quality of support and technical know-how that they get from the team at the authorised Mimaki reseller. "Whilst the JV33-260 is the easiest grand format printer I''ve ever used, we do very much value the input that Granthams have in getting the best out of the machine - and they''re quick to provide help whenever they''re called upon."
