EPLAN increases technical support

The team at EPLAN UK not only prides itself on excellent software solutions for the automation of engineering design processes, but also on excellent customer support.

EPLAN offers expert assistance throughout the entire process from sale through to installation and after-care. This includes a training package in which a dedicated team of Professional EPLAN Consultants will either visit customers to provide on-site training or invite trainees to learn at EPLAN offices if preferred.

Once up and running with the software, EPLAN customers are welcome to call the EPLAN Support Line whenever they need guidance, where they can access the dedicated and highly experienced Technical Support Team for help on all things EPLAN.

In order to achieve such dedicated support with the quickest response time, EPLAN has doubled its Technical Support Team over the past few months, which allows for an even better support package and equals a total solution.
